We’re also introducing VITALITY YOGA for 50+, a nurturing, beginner-friendly class focused on gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation. Tailored for all abilities, it’s perfect for anyone over 50 looking to enhance mobility, balance, and confidence in a supportive community.

We’re excited to partner with the Blue Bell Pub in Eccles to offer a unique 60-minute Yin and Yang Yoga session right by the pub’s fireplace. This cosy setting provides extra warmth and a welcoming winter ambiance. After yoga, choose from healthy meal options crafted with your well-being in mind.
In winter, THEMED EVENTS make each session a special gathering—perfect for yogis, friends, and families to practise, dine, create, and share laughter together.
