We begin our journey at 9:30 AM with a grounding Welcome Circle, creating a space of intention and calm. From there, we ease into a soul-soothing Hatha Flow — a mindful, accessible practice designed to gently stretch and strengthen the body while calming the nervous system. Expect a soft yet energizing sequence that balances breath with movement, igniting awareness in both body and mind.
Settle into the slower rhythm of the day as we pause for herbal tea and nourishing canapés, offering quiet moments of reflection and nourishment. From here, we move inward with reflective journaling, using simple prompts to guide you into self-inquiry. This opens the door beautifully for a session in pranayama, or yogic breathwork — a powerful yet gentle way to regulate energy and tap into stillness — followed by a drop into meditation, inviting spaciousness in both heart and mind.
A wholesome healthy lunch awaits, enjoyed in peace and presence before we explore mindful crafting — a playful and expressive practice that allows creativity to flow unhurriedly, supporting emotional release and joyful engagement.
As our retreat gently draws to a close, we wind down with a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga session, interwoven with a therapeutic Sound Bath, using resonant frequencies to soothe the body at a cellular level. To complete the experience, each participant will receive a mini head and shoulder massage, grounding you gently back into the outer world.
Finishing at 3:30 PM — just in time for a well-earned afternoon tea — this retreat is perfect for anyone feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a pause.
