90 minutes session that includes: 5-mins Welcome and Introduction 5-mins Gentle warm-up to enhance flexibility and comfort especially for those who are feeling stiff. 5-mins Intention Setting and Pranayama/breathing practice. 45-mins YIN YOGA with HEAD & SHOULDER MASSAGE, targeting deep connective tissues to release tension and improve flexibility. 30-mins SOUND BATH, promoting deep relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. 5-mins Gentle Recovery No water is involved in this experience.
