The session includes pranayama or breathing exercises to prepare us for the asanas/poses. We will then relieve ourselves of all the stress and tensions we may have accumulated by doing a relaxing Yin. Then, we will immerse ourselves in a sound bath which promotes healing of any blockages and trauma we may be experiencing.
This is a ticket only event so make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
